Missions is our Commitment

Each week in our Home Group meetings we take up a Missions offering that goes towards the projects that we are supporting both in Australia and other overseas nations.

Why not skip lunch once a week and give that into Missions - we call it Swap-a-Lunch.

An Interdenominational Ministry designed for Seniors.

If you are a senior person we warmly invite you to join us each week:

Venue: Christian Life Centre (ground floor in clc cafe room)
Corner Barrenjoey Road & Polo Avenue, Mona Vale
Time: Tuesday mornings 10:00am - 11:00am

Our Seniors' Church service involves preaching, communion, prayer for healing, prayers for those in need and we enjoy morning tea together afterwards.

The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like the cedar in Lebanon.  Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.  They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing."  Psalm 92:12-14

THANK YOU

This Anzac Day we remember the courageous men and women who played a huge part in various conflicts of war to secure the freedom that we enjoy in Australia today.

We say Thank you!

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." John 15:13

Men's Breakfast
Written by Jo Wagstaff
Thursday, 15 April 2010 19:40

Another great Men's Breakfast was had last Saturday at the Rock Lily in Mona Vale.

Everyone who attended the morning breakfast took great encouragement from the simple yet powerful message that was shared by the guest speaker Jeremy Rolleston (from the Olympic Australian Bobsled Team). What a great young man with a fabulous story of endurance and character - thank you Jeremy for spending time with us.

And thank you to Scott and his wonderful staff for great service and delicious food.

Don't miss our next Men's Breakfast later in the year - make sure you're part of the good things that are happening.

Central Youth

Central Youth aims to be a location where local youth can

  • DISCOVER the love that God has for them,
  • IGNITE a relationship with Him, and
  • REACH the purpose God has for their lives.
Jesus replied, "'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.' The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments."
- Matthew 22:37-40
Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
- Matthew 28:18-20
